When does registration open for the 2024 CSforALL Summit?

Early Bird Registration begins June 27, 2024, through July 27, 2024.
General Registration will begin July 28, 2024. Registration will close on October 21, 2024.
When does the conference begin and end each day?
The CSforALL Summit begins with an evening reception on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, and ends mid-day on Friday, October 25, 2024.
Will meals be included at the CSforALL Summit with my registration?
Yes, meals will be partially included with your registration for Day Two and Day Three of the Summit.
Please make sure to note any dietary restrictions you may have when registering.
Will this year’s Summit be hybrid?
No, this year’s Summit will not follow a hybrid model.
Will this year’s Summit be livestreamed?
No, this year’s Summit will not be livestreamed. Main Stage recordings will be available at a later date.

Registration

How do I obtain a copy of my receipt?

An order confirmation email including a PDF receipt with ticket information and the amount paid will be sent to the email associated with the registration. Please add 'summit@csforall.org' to your contacts to ensure you receive the confirmation email to your inbox.
In the event that you do not receive a confirmation email and need a copy of your receipt, please email summit@csforall.org with the full name and email address used to register.
Is my registration transferrable?

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may request a substitute attendee in place of your registration. Please email summit@csforall.org with the name of the original registrant and their confirmation number, along with the name and email address of the new registrant.

I'm registering a group, but I don't know who will exactly be attending. How do I go about doing this?

You may register a group by visiting the "Group Registration" link at the top of the Registration page.

Travel & Transportation

Is there a hotel group rate available for Summit attendees?

Yes, we will be offering a special group rate for Summit attendees. Please see the registration page for more information on how to book your stay at a special rate during the Summit. Note: The hotel has a limited block of rooms available for our attendees. Once the hotel is at full capacity, we will add more hotels for attendees at a special rate.
Will there be a hotel shuttle provided to and from the conference?
Yes, there will be an ADA-compliant shuttle provided for attendees to and from the Baird Center, the venue for the 2024 CSforALL Summit.
Will CSforALL plan and book travel on my behalf?

No. CSforALL Summit Attendees are expected to plan and book their own travel. If you are a Summit Speaker, you are asked to plan and book your own travel unless otherwise negotiated in your contract.
Will there be a hotel shuttle provided to and from the airport?
No, Airport transportation will not be provided. Uber and Lyft are two companies we recommend for transportation to and from the airport to the Milwaukee hotels.

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

CSforALL is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such causes include but are not limited to: weather conditions, venue property conditions, flight cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given in these situations. The final decision on refunds rests with the CSforALL Summit Team.
What is your no-show policy?
No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
What happens to my registration if the 2024 CSforALL Summit is postponed or canceled?
In the event that the 2024 CSforALL Summit is postponed, your registration will be valid for the rescheduled dates of the Summit.
If this year's Summit is canceled entirely, your registration will be valid for the next Summit.

Health & Safety

Are you requiring proof of vaccination against COVID-19?

Currently, per the City of Milwaukee, we are no longer requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for Summit 2024. Masks are still recommended. If this mandate changes as per the city of Milwaukee, the CSforALL Summit Team will update the information.
What health and safety precautions will be in place at the CSforALL Summit?
At CSforALL, the health and safety of our community is our top priority. We understand that there are heightened concerns surrounding conference attendance and COVID-19. We will continue to carefully monitor the situation with COVID-19, and the impact it is having on health and safety, travel, and public events.
We will work with the conference hotels and local destinations to ensure all attendees are safe and healthy when attending the conference. The CSforALL Summit page will be updated frequently to ensure attendees have the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the 2024 in-person CSforALL conference and our health and safety plans.

Technology at the 2024 CSforALL Summit

Will mobile charging stations be available at the event?

No, charging stations for mobile devices will not be provided by CSforALL. However, you may bring your own charger and plugs to utilize the venue's available outlets.
Will there be free WiFi access during the conference?
Yes, complimentary WiFi will be available during the CSforALL Summit. Please note that speeds may be slowed down due to the number of attendees using the WiFi at once.
